∎ Graduate of any discipline having science up to H.S.C level.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading sales team (MSO/SMSO) to achieve sales & prescription target.
∎ Responsible for promotion and sales activities of team members.
∎ Team building and removing obstacles for growth.
∎ Frequent visit to doctors and chemists for best output of prescription & sales growth.
∎ Find out areas of improvement for team members, train and motivate them accordingly.
∎ Ensuring cash and availability of products as per sales and targets.
∎ Keeping up to date about company products & services

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years working experience as FS with proven track record from any reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good command in both written & spoken English & Bengali.
