Job Context:
∎ Job location: Union level under any project supported upazila under Bhola District.
∎ Job Nature: Contractual (This position is upto December 2019 with a possibility of extension up to the project period on April 2020)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Supervisor (FS) will be union based under Cluster/Upazila Office and responsible for supervision of Community Nutrition Promoter as well as for implementation of program activities at community/Union level.
∎ FS will assist and maintain liaison with GoB health and family planning field staff, local NGOs, Union Parishad Chairman and Member and other stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum two years of hands on experience in the similar job.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the remote areas.
∎ Experience of community mobilization/Behavior Change Communication and Health and Nutrition Project.
∎ Excellent facilitation skill to conduct training and issue base courtyard sessions.
∎ Experience of supervising and mentoring a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of using smartphone.
∎ Planning & capacity building of community groups
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Having problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
∎ Understanding of local cultural languages.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Which is renewable on yearly basis
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two bonuses @ 50% of consolidated salary per year.
