Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Social Science, Anthropology or in relevant field with good academic records

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination, management and supervision of field team who will conduct qualitative and quantitative survey
∎ Apply and support a range of qualitative and mixed methods research including In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and quantitative household surveys
∎ Ensure adequacy of implementation within stipulated timeline, identify barriers/challenges of implementation and help design strategies to overcome the challenges
∎ Take responsibility for data and project management and administration as it relates to delivering work
∎ Generate periodic study progress reports and submit to the supervisor
∎ Ensure all the project deadlines are met
∎ Liaise and coordinate with the partners to ensure smooth implementation of the research.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managing community-based research projects or program implementation. Experience in conducting qualitative data collection and analysis will get advantage
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and team working skills
∎ Must have innovative thinking skills and motivation to take challenges
∎ Knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, Statistical software)
