Educational Requirements:
∎ M.S.S/ M.SC/ M. Com/ preferably with Honors in Science related subject from any reputed University.

Job Context:
∎ Strengthen care and support for PLHAs (People Living with HIV/AIDS and their children project.
∎ Reporting to: Senior Program Officer (Health)
∎ Job Nature: Temporary
∎ Job location: The position is based at CH-NFP Office, Mirpur, Dhaka but field visit at Regional and Field Offices is required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct/ facilitate training /meeting/seminar/workshop at central/regional/diocese of working areas.
∎ Supervise and monitor at regional and upazila level staff and Strengthen care and support for PLHAs (People Living with HIV/AIDS and their children. project activities.
∎ Travel to strengthen care and support for PLHAs (People Living with HIV/AIDS and their children. project working areas for field visit and monitoring at least 10-12 days in a month.
∎ Prepare quarterly, half yearly and annual Donor's report as perDonor'sreporting format and requirement.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly and Annual Report of the assigned projects.
∎ Prepare monthly plan and report of the assigned projects.
∎ Maintain regular record keeping and update.
∎ Update training materials and training module.
∎ Organize and attend in different national and international days observation as per guidance of Senior Project Officer (Health).
∎ Work with PHHAs and counseling them with keeping confidentiality.
∎ Advocate networking and advocacy bases on HIV issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: 25 - 35 years (as on 31/10/2019)
∎ Minimum two years working experience in the similar job in any reputed organization.
∎ Experience in reporting of projects funded by institutional donor/foundation will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge on ICT particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), Power point presentation etc., is essential.
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English.
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20,000-25,000 negotiable (consolidated) per month depending on the experience and qualifications.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Bonus: Two bonuses @50% of consolidated salary per year.
