∎ Minimum graduation in Social Science/ Equivalent of any other subject. Age and Education qualification limit can be relaxed on the basis of work experience at Rohingya camp level.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Report Writing and communication skill are must.
∎ • Good understanding about service models with special focus on skill development and livelihood (association formation and it capacity building vaccinators, peace education, counseling, homestead gardening, farming, Micro Seed Dealers, Micro Seed Retailers, Fish Fry hawker, Village Agents, collectors etc.) necessary for income and production
∎ • Good understanding about community savings and women's economic empowerment
∎ • Have good facilitation, communication, negotiation, linkage building skills with private and public service providers.
∎ • Should be directly involved Development activities as well as Microcredit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years work experience in NGO sector, especially on social development and should have minimum 2-3 year/s work experience in emergency response at Rohingya camp. Computer knowledge & skill is essential.

∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
