∎ **Join Our Team as a Field Marketing Officer (FMO)!**
∎ Want to work with us as a Field Marketing Officer (FMO)? We`re looking for motivated people to cover different areas in Bangladesh. If you`re excited to join our team and have lots of energy, this could be a great fit for you.
∎ As an FMO, your main job is to tell local travel agencies about our travel booking website. You`ll also get to connect with important clients who are travel agents. You`ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help us reach our goals.
∎ Your role is important because you`ll help us spread the word about our flight booking website and build good relationships with travel agencies and clients. Join us in making a big impact!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make plans to promote our flight booking portal to local travel agencies.
∎ Visit the market every day, look for new travel agencies to work with, and meet them.
∎ Study the market and find new opportunities. Keep up with what's happening in the industry.
∎ Plan events and presentations to show people what we offer.
∎ Work with the sales and marketing teams to make good marketing campaigns.
∎ Keep in touch with clients and partners to make sure our business keeps doing well.
∎ Look at how well our marketing is working and write reports about it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well-groomed attire and appropriate dress code.
∎ Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
∎ Respectful and courteous behavior towards others.
∎ Effective communication and active listening skills.
∎ Maintaining a professional image and conduct at all times.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a mobile bill, travel allowance, performance bonus, and target achievement bonus. Salary reviews are conducted yearly, and we provide two festival bonuses per year.
Target Achievement Bonus - Outside of Basis Salary; There is a very good amount of target achievement bonus if you can hit our resettled signup/pnr/sales targets.

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Working Schedule: The Field Marketing Officer position is a full-time role with a 6-day workweek. Our office hours are from morning 10:00 AM to evening 7:00 PM, with Friday being a compulsory holiday. We observe government holidays as company holidays*.
