Able to carry out planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing project, therefore requires frequent field visit and travel to central office. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with Government, donor and the networks through teamwork. Good facilitation and presentation skills. Able to work in team and lead team. Good reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English. Having good understanding on budgeting and financial management. Able to work with vulnerable and marginal community. Having experience in implementing community development approach. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license. Have good computer knowledge on - Typing both Bengali and English, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet. At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in livelihood, food security , Gender and Good Governance interventions under any development organizations.

Responsibilities & Context:

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring proper implementation of the project actions as per project design to meet the project goal and objectives. Directly provide the supervision supports to Community Facilitators and Youth Facilitators. Also conduct monitoring and follow-up sessions and meet the reporting requirements of the project. Responsible for assisting staff in capacity building of community and sustainability of project actions. Therefore will be responsible to organize and arrange different training and learning sessions according to the project design for the project beneficiaries - primary group members, Farmers group members, youth members, Community Health Counsellors, Peer Educators, CBO leaders. To communicate with the local training institutions and local Government officers (specially with Agriculture, Livestock and Health) and other related resources. Assist project beneficiaries in building network with different organizations, such as Government, training institutions, agriculture office, Livestock office, Health facilities and community leaders and thus enforce in building strong network focusing on food security and resilience intervention. Assist project team in yearly target setting, planning and budgeting for capacity building and utilization of trainings in community This position will also responsible for building strong network and maintain coordination with local Government Women and Child Affair, Agriculture and livestock officials, local leaders and other resources of the working areas. The Field Manager will also be responsible for carrying out and perform the administrative jobs as per the rules and policies of the organization.
