Educational Requirements:
∎ For Field IT Technician:
∎ Minimum HSC equivalent or above.
∎ 1-year certificate course in ICT or 3 years experience in ICT support service in a reputed IT service company.
∎ Diploma in Electrical and Computer related subjects will get preference.
∎ For Secretarial service :
∎ Minimum HSC equivalent or above
∎ 1 year certificate course in ICT or 3 years’ experience in office works in a reputed company.
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service, IT System Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service, IT System Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field IT Technician:
∎ Assist in site installation and maintenance of end-user connectivity, Enterprise LAN, Computer Lab, Enrollment Infrastructure and other EDC project infrastructure
∎ Assist in the site survey.
∎ Assist in project field office Tasks
∎ Accomplish tasks assigned by concerned DoICT field officers.
∎ Accomplish tasks assigned by PIU and DoICT Field officers.
∎ Any other task assigned by concerned DoICT field officers.
∎ Secretarial service:
∎ Assist in document processing of EDC project.
∎ Assist in office tasks.
∎ Accomplish tasks assigned by concerned DoICT field officers.
∎ Accomplish tasks assigned by PIU and DoICT Field officers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Have to pass ICT skill test by project authority.
∎ Have an Android smartphone with a GPS feature.
∎ Having a personal motorbike and license will be given preference after technical competency.
∎ Typing speed Bangla: 20 (wpm) and English: 30 (wpm).
∎ Must be Bangladeshi Citizen.
∎ Provide Medical certificate must be issued by the gazette Medical Officer.
