∎ Skills in public speaking
∎ Proficiency in Chittagonian/Rohingya dialect
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in community out reaching activities
∎ Knowledge of Protection Principles in humanitarian work
∎ Experince in event/session organizing at the community level experience
∎ Excellent facilitation skills in event/session organizing at the community level
∎ Eexperience in Report writing,
∎ 80% field movement
∎ Having a good understanding of the host and Rohingya camp contexts of Cox’s Bazar
∎ Mentality to travel to the hard-to- reach areas with program support materials/logistics as per work plan
∎ Communication with officials of different local government agencies and NGO stakeholders
∎ Knowledge of MS Office Applications, KoBo tools, WhatsApp etc.
∎ Communication skill both in English and Bengali

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for implementing the project activities as front-line worker.
∎ Arrange and faciliate sessions on Counter Trafficking messages in the host and Rohingya communities.
∎ Assist to oranize big events of the project as required.
∎ Collect information on (potential) Victim of trafficking (VoT) from the community level
∎ Provide assistance to the Case Management Unit in identification and case management of (potential) VoTs in the project catchment area.
∎ Coordination and liaison with different stakeholders including youths, community leaders, Majhi, union and Upazila stakeholders including local Government to conduct various events and ensure support for VoTs through referral mechanism
∎ Attend events/meetings organized by other relevant stakeholders within the project catchment area
∎ Perform any other task/s assigned as emerged and required for the project as well as for the organization.
∎ Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) is an organization for sustainable development working in the greater Chittagong division including Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA has been implementing a project titled, “Prevention and Response Activities Implementation Activities on Counter Trafficking Issues” at Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar both Host community and Camps since June 2018. The project is supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

∎ Job Description/Responsibilities:
