Job Context:
∎ Uttaran is a national development organization working in the coastal region of Bangladesh since 1985 to uphold rights and entitlements and to improve the socio-economic condition of the poor and disadvantaged. Uttaran facilitates in getting access to and control over resources by the poor and disadvantaged to improve agricultural productivity and economic empowerment.
∎ Uttaran with the assistance of European Union is implementing "Asserting Marginalized Access to Rights - AMAR". The project will work to the rights of the marginalized landless farmers on public/private resources (inheritance land, Khasland and Khas water bodies public land and services) in Shyamnagar and Tala Upazila of Satkhira district and Batiaghata and Dumuria Upazila of Khulna district"
∎ Job Location: Upazila,Centre Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall planning for the project implementation at the Field level
∎ Ensure implementation of all activities of the project qualitatively and quantitatively,
∎ Coordinate with relevant Govt. official to ensure participation in the project implementation,
∎ Coordination with Union, Upazila, and district level different stakeholder,
∎ Monitoring field-based work.
∎ Responsible to prepare an action plan, work plan, and periodic progress field report.
∎ Capable to promote field activities.
∎ Assist other staff to smooth operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years. (Considerable in case of experienced candidates)
∎ Worked in field and group coordinator, at least 2-year(s) experience.
∎ Good knowledge of computer operation including office software and internet browsing.
∎ Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Expert infield report, the documentary in (English, Bangla).
∎ Experience in driving motorcycle (with valid license).
∎ Experience in driving Bicycle

Salary:
∎ Monthly-TK. 13,000 (It`s Variable, depends on exchange rate of EURO, actual 144.90 EURO)
