Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field facilitator will responsible for Village Selection and Social Mapping.
∎ Women/ Men/Adolescent group Selection.
∎ Issues, women and Men group meeting.
∎ House hold visit.
∎ Field Facilitators are responsible for forming the women groups/spouse groups/adolescent groups at respective Unions.
∎ Will organize project monthly/quarterly or any other meetings sharing with project management
∎ Will organize project monthly/quarterly or any other meetings sharing with project management.
∎ This position will be responsible for preparing the profile of the beneficiary households
∎ Linkage with others Go & NGOs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Should knowledge on Microsoft Office package.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
