Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Facilitator- Innovation is the frontline staff of ICDP-SJ at community level, responsible to implement program activities and contribute to ensure program deliverables within her/his assigned areas.
∎ Assist Project Officer- Innovation to develop monthly activity plan for Innovation Project following Details Implementation Plan (DIP).
∎ Mapping of existing community groups and formation of Community Action Groups as per program guideline.
∎ Plan for the Community Action Groups and mobilize in implementation of program activities effectively.
∎ Organize meeting/orientation/ training/sharing for Community Action Groups to sensitize on social inclusion issues of children in hard-to-reach areas.
∎ Support study team to Facilitate Community Action Groups to contribute to the Participatory Social Inclusion Analysis Tool development process through active participation.
∎ Support study team in mapping of children from marginalized and hard-to-reach communities who are impacted by social exclusion.
∎ Support to Mobilize Community Action Groups to develop Action Plan for addressing the needs of children and community.
∎ Support Community Volunteers to conduct different learning/ awareness sessions for children and community. Organize and conduct training/meeting/orientation/ workshop with Community Action groups, parents, and stakeholders at community level.
∎ Visit, observe, & support community level awareness sessions to Community Volunteers to conduct those sessions effectively.
∎ Mobilize parents, community, stakeholders and to ensure required support in fulfilling the project goal.
∎ Arrange linkage development meeting, orientation and workshop with Union Parishads, SMC and Community Action Groups focusing ownership of the Innovation Project outcomes.
∎ Ensure involvement and participation of parents, SMC, Union Parishad, local elites, other stakeholders & service providers in implementing program effectively.
∎ Support to study team for tools testing, data collection, quality check of different study information as well as ensuring PSIAT development through community participation
∎ Actively involved in any emergency response initiatives i.e. floods, river erosion etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 (three) years' working experience in implementing field level program activities at remote areas with renowned NGOs.
∎ Sound knowledge on rapport building and community mobilization.
∎ Good facilitation, Inter-personal communication, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to organize meeting/events with minimum supervision.
∎ Experience in networking and linkage with GO/NGO stakeholders and UP bodies.
∎ Good writing skills in Bangla and basic understanding on English.
∎ Have knowledge on MS Office operation with basic IT skills.
∎ Have attitude to work in team and demonstrate learning mind-set.
∎ Should have attitude to protect and safeguarding children in program areas.
∎ Should be non-discriminatory and gender sensitive.
∎ Have experience in integrated program implementation in remote char areas. Understanding on early childhood care and development, quality basic education program, violence against children and child marriage prevention related program implementation.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 17000 (Monthly)
