Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for:
- Implement tree plantation, fencing set up, nursery set-up, land preparation for tree plantation
- Community, data collection and Community group formation
- Facilitate bi-monthly meeting with community group, follow-up group meeting
- Organize training event for beneficiaries
- Community action plan, House hold and field visit, follow up & monitoring
- Prepare daily report, weekly, monthly report, meeting minutes and Case Study writing
- Maintain stock register at field
- Prepared bill voucher
- Regular communication & coordination with senior management through mobile & internet
- Liaison, coordination and network building with Local Government for project stakeholders, civil society & community people
- Community Caretaker Management
