Educational Requirements:
∎ H.S.C. or Bachelor degree
∎ Communication skills with basic English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a primary contact person for the project participants and coordinate their participation in the project including facilitating.
∎ Closely coordinate with local community beneficiaries, and other stakeholders for smooth and successful project implementation.
∎ Perform plantation activities in remote level.
∎ Facilitate and organize different meetings, campaigns, and events in the community.
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in plantation activities.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly plan and progress reports including case studies, success stories, and lessons learned to the supervisor.
∎ Follow the safeguarding policy and other policies associated with the organization.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Communication skills with basic English.
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and set priorities.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to plantation in working station.
∎ Ability to manage administration, people and culture related works.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
