∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Confidential data management, field work under NGO, Reporting and Documentation, Risk Assessment

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Gender and Women empowerment, Gender based violence, NGO/ Other Services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Working towards implementing a holistic program of care and protection of victims who are trafficked, abused and missing.
∎ S/he would ensure a sustained focus and ownership on design and roll out of individual care plans (ICP`s) of the survivors who have been entrusted to their care under the program.
∎ Regular follow up and visits to the field for home investigation reports, home visits, shelter homes, repatriation of victims, safe custody in shelter home, reunification with their families.
∎ Support and report on the progress of individual cases and consistently work within a multidisciplinary framework and ensure victim centricity at all times.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct home identification of victims rescued in destination countries
∎ Help prepare individual care plan for survivors as advised by the Program Officers
∎ Conduct regular physical follow up/ phone follow ups with survivors and prepare follow up reports
∎ Assist Program Officers to implement planned activities
∎ Support in Case Management data collection and data entry
∎ Assist in carrying out survey/ data collection as need basis
∎ Support in rescue and repatriation of the victims
∎ Engage with victims when and as necessary to collect information
∎ Assist victims in their integration process
∎ Assist victims in managing challenges faced at local level
∎ Follow the code of conduct strictly while engaging with victims
∎ Assist in project implementation process when and as necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
