Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject but preference will be given to candidates with degree in Education.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual operational plan of Second Chance Education Project jointly with the regional team.
∎ Assist in situational analysis and baseline survey for selecting appropriate target audience, community, Upazila and district.
∎ Select project implementation site/community with the SCI field team and local GoB counterparts,
∎ Responsible for proper implementing the NFPE component within the project area by providing technical support, guidance and mentoring.
∎ Provide input in developing operational guidelines for NFPE activities.
∎ Assist in developing a monitoring system for NFPE activities and implement the M&E system for measuring impact through various approaches.
∎ Acquire special attention to the issues of Vulnerable and & Marginalized children.
∎ Ensure frequent onsite field visit and provide continuous support to the EO, ES and Teachers.
∎ Participate in PRLW for proper implementation and achieve expected results.
∎ Support in conducting capacity assessment and in preparing capacity inventory of the relevant staff (EO, ES and Teachers) for the NFPE component.
∎ Develop training plan considering the needs for the EO, ES and Teachers.
∎ Assist in developing different training courses and training materials for the respective fields in the areas of NFPE.
∎ Organize and conduct training, workshops and refreshers for the field teams (EO, ES and Teachers).
∎ Provide continuous training support to the Project Implementation Areas
∎ Document project success stories and case studies.
∎ Assist in data collection for research/study/survey as stated in program proposal
∎ Prepare periodical program reports as required.
∎ Keep liaison with relevant NGOs, GOB officials and education-related organizations for effective project implementation and enhancing quality.
∎ Disseminate new information, lessons learnt, government's new policies and programs etc to the appropriate forums when needed.
∎ Reviewing budget by providing input particularly on NFPE activities.
∎ Track and follow up NFPE related expenses in the budget provision
∎ Support in setting up project implementation sites
∎ Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops to update knowledge and skills as assigned and disseminate new knowledge/ information/lessons learnt.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience in child education program in technical areas.
∎ Working with NGOs with field exposures will be preferred.
∎ Interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skill etc.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Motorcycle driving
∎ Should have sound knowledge in computer operation (MS Office).

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
