Job Context:
∎ Job location: Field Office under Bhola District.
∎ Job Nature: Contractual (Up to the project period on 14 May, 2020)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Coordinator will have the overall responsibility for implementation of USAID's INCA project in the upazilas under their respective field office.
∎ S/he will provide strategic and managerial support to project team to roll out project activities.
∎ Field coordinator will keep close contact with Project Director, Nutrition Specialist, SBCC specialist for effective operation and technical direction.
∎ S/he will work for coordinating, monitoring and financial management of the project. S/he will manage or support technical partner staff for effective implementation, monitoring and reporting.
∎ S/he will provide guidance to Cluster Managers and Field Supervisors for smooth implementation of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Three to five years of hands on experience in the similar job. Sound knowledge on Nutrition and Health.
∎ A demonstrated ability to implement management directives with little direct supervision.
∎ S/he is expected to have demonstrable experience in working closely with the government agencies, MOH&FW and national health system and other health and nutrition service provider.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the remote areas. Excellent Knowledge on operating ICT particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), Power Point etc., is essential.
∎ Excellent skills in program planning, budgeting, coordinating, representing, partnership management, staff management, and report writing.
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English language.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Must know how to drive motorcycle and have valid driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Which is renewable on yearly basis
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two bonuses @ 50% of consolidated salary per year.
