Job Context:
∎ Amrai Pari Paribarik Nirjaton Prothirodh Jot is looking for a dynamic `Field Associate` for its "Combating Gender Based Violence in Bangladesh" project funded by UN Women. The details eligibility requirement of the position as mentioned below:
∎ Job Location: Bogura (frequent field visit)
∎ Job Nature: Full time up to project period
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate meeting, training/workshops/roundtables with influencers, CSOs, communities, leaders, youths, teachers, universities, stakeholders etc.
∎ Conduct implementation of CGBV approach for advocacy/campaigns/meeting/workshop etc.
∎ Facilitate peer-to-peer mentoring and exchanges to support learning and accountability across program stakeholders.
∎ Develop different types of group formation
∎ Documentation and dissemination of program findings and activities and actions.
∎ Smart presentation skills and well conversant in writing case study.
∎ Frequent field visit to project village area.
∎ In addition to perform other job related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years working experiences in advocacy in NGO/Development sector especially on Gender, Violence against Women and Early Marriage issues.
∎ Knowledge on human rights, women's rights, domestic violence, child marriage and subsequent Acts.
∎ Knowledge on target group selection, focus group formation, CSO mobilization etc
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more.
∎ Able to prepare reports and fact findings.
Salary:
∎ BDT 2,63,367 - 2,83,634/- yearly (Gross)
