Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly Sales plan preparation according to in-house working budget calculation.
∎ To prepare quarterly sales plan.
∎ Prepare prospective customer lists for quick action.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relations with customers.
∎ Proper negotiation with the customers to grip the business accordingly.
∎ Prepare a daily sales action plan and submit it to management for weekly basis review.
∎ Regular follow-up & collection of required payment from the customer for smooth operations.
∎ Complete related work provided by management.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly, monthly & yearly targets accordingly.
∎ Offer letter prepared and submit to client
∎ Conduct market research to Analyze market trends & take required actions for further developments.
∎ Ensure company revenue & profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Strong customer service skills.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and self motivated.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge over MS Office.
∎ Having good communication skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
