• HSC
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Fast Food Shop, Furniture, Online Retail Startup, Wholesale

- Must be able to manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages professionally.

- Must be confident in communicating with customers, answering queries, handling follow-ups, and confirming orders.

- Must be creative in developing engaging product content, captions, promotional posts, and marketing ideas.

- Must be comfortable appearing on camera and creating product videos, Reels, and short-form promotional content independently.

- Must be able to host Facebook Live sessions, showcase products, engage viewers, and encourage customers to place orders.

- Must have good communication skills, a friendly personality, and a confident on-camera presence.

- Must be responsible, creative, energetic, and able to work as part of a team.

- Previous experience in social media management, online sales, content creation, or live hosting will be preferred.

Style View is looking for a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as an Online Sales & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in online sales and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately record customer orders from Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Contact potential customers by phone and follow up with existing customers to increase sales.

• Collect customer reviews and feedback to improve our products and services.

• Promote new products through social media platforms and provide customers with accurate product information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer calls, orders, sales transactions, and follow-ups.

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline promotional campaigns.

• Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare regular sales activity reports and submit them to management.

• Maintain professional communication and a polite, customer-friendly attitude.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Perform other job-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms.

• Ability to communicate with customers professionally over the phone and through messages.

• Responsible, punctual, honest, and willing to learn.

• Previous experience in online sales or customer service will be an advantage.
