Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research, Trend Analogizing or Forecasting, and offer a range targeted at the customer.
∎ Design within a range of categories, seasons and group basics.
∎ Work with technical teams to ensure aesthetically pleasing samples.(Sampling, Printing, Embroidery etc.)
∎ Execute the garment design as per the given brief or deadline.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team and factory to prepare the products per design and collective group capability.
∎ Hand over technical drawings or tech packs that provide clarity to technical teams to execute accurate samples.
∎ Good presenting capability.
∎ Setting showrooms and presenting products in detail.
∎ Introduce Innovative design elements and techniques that differentive the brand from competitors and capture consumer interest.
