Bachelor’s/Honors degree in Fashion Design/Fine Arts or related field.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).
Good understanding of fabrics, textures, finishing, and production techniques.
Creativity, trend awareness, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
Good Command in Creative design and digital marketing is preffered .
Responsibilities & Context:
Design innovative Fashion/home textile products based on market trends and buyer requirements.
Develop seasonal collections with concepts, color stories, and pattern ideas.
Prepare design sheets, mockups, and artwork for sample development and production.
Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams for buyer presentations.
Research global trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques suitable for export and local markets.
Work with printing, embroidery, jacquard, and woven patterns.
