∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong fashion sense required.
∎ Must be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and other creative software.
∎ Artistic experience preferred – being able to draw and hand sketch is a big plus.
∎ Create original designs that reflect current trends and brand aesthetics.
∎ Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for production.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
∎ Keen interest in Photography preferred and must be able to take photos of products and fabrics and present them beautifully.
∎ Able to re-colour and turn prints into repeats.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with promotional strategies and campaigns.
∎ Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity through innovative and cohesive designs.
∎ Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines and vision.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
∎ Maintain detailed records of design processes, revisions, and final outcomes.
∎ Must be able to work with and interpret the fashion direction of Overseas Designers.
∎ Must be a good communicator in English verbal and written
