Having PGDHRM/ PGDPM will be preferred
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, controlling the production process and analyzing business operations, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct.
Must be confident in English ( Should be able to write minutes of a meeting independently )
Well conversant with labour laws and capable to take on right administrative procedures (Capable to write a complete inquiry report).
Observe employee code of conduct and grievance handling.
Well conversant in Computer.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, office maintenance, and utilities.
Undertake routine visits to the factory floors and premises to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.
Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards Evaluate admin staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
