Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning & development for full factory staff.
∎ Delegate task to factory managers as necessary.
∎ Create and enforce quality control standard operating procedure.
∎ Create and implement machine maintenance standard operating procedure.
∎ Analyze factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary.
∎ Create production data reports and present them to decision makers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Delegating machine operation, quality control, and maintenance tasks to factory employees.
∎ Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations to decision makers.
∎ Cellular/Smart phone assembling factory experience.
∎ Preference will be given those who can speak & write CHINESE.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have job experience on smart phone assembling factory in CHINA.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Pick and drop facility with office vehicle.Festival Bonus
