Responsibilities & Context:
Handle tourist and business visa applications for First World including UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more.
Support clients throughout the entire process — from document compilation to application submission and interview preparation.
Provide expert guidance on visa eligibility, required documents, fees, and processing timelines.
Assist with rejected visa cases, including appeals and reapplications.
Deliver tailored advice to help maximize visa approval rates.
Keep abreast of global visa policies and consular regulations.
Guarantee full adherence to embassy standards and maintain well-organized documentation.
Track developments in Schengen and international travel policies.
Identify opportunities to optimize processing workflows and improve client experience.
