Responsibilities & Context:
Issue and collect Mushak 6.3 for sales & purchase.
Issue and collect Mushak 6.6 certificates for VDS deductions
Ensure timely payment of VAT, VDS, etc., as per government rules using appropriate forms/treasury challans.
Operate and maintain VAT software to ensure compliance with VAT rules.
Preserve all supporting documents for VAT, TDS, and VDS transactions in an organized manner.
Maintain all statutory VAT registers and records (e.g., Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.5,) and related books as required by the law.
Any other task assigned by the head of department.
