Job Context:
∎ We are Looking for bright and dynamic Candidate for the following position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily reconciliation of VAT purchase register for (Mushak-6.1) for taking input VAT adjustment of output VAT payment Warehouse Operation.
∎ Daily Checking of VAT Sales register for (Mushak- 6.2/6.3) to accurate Central VAT Payment of Warehouse Operation.
∎ Delivering VAT reporting, ensuring VAT compliance and identifying risk.
∎ Minimizing VAT liabilities and compliance issues.
∎ Identifying potential tax planning opportunities.
∎ Ensure all month end processes are actioned on a timely basis.
∎ Liaise with and manage the working relationship with HM Revenue & Customs during routine audits and ad hoc enquiries.
∎ Maximize efficiencies in working and reporting systems to reduce the VAT/Duty liabilities where possible within the legislative framework.
∎ Inputting into the group’s tax strategy.
∎ Prepare Price declaration for (Mushak-4.3) of Warehouse Operation.
∎ Payment using appropriate for (TR-6) of VDS & TDS as per Govt. Rules.
∎ Prepare & time to time delivery of Tax deducted at Source (TDS) & VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate.
∎ Managing the relationship with the HMRC and assisting them with any enquiries.
∎ Make correspondence with customs authority and deal with VAT audit related activities.
∎ Prepare Export documents, Price declaration and all other VAT related activities properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Tax, VAT, Treasury
∎ VAT & Tax Act. & Rules.
∎ Skills in MS Office, MS Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
