∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contribute to the design and development of training programs that address the organization’s skill and competency needs.
∎ Collect and analyze training need and prepare strategies learning plan, calendar and training budget.
∎ Organize effective and efficient L&D programs on operational, human, managerial and strategic skills.
∎ Conduct operational and management skills training programs for junior employees.
∎ Design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, manuals and other multimedia content.
∎ Source global knowledge provider institute/experts for improving functional/ strategic expertise in cost effective manner.
∎ Take initiative and assist supervisor for special projects to maintain a learning culture throughout the organization.
∎ Identify and leverage learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content.
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand training needs and create a content roadmap; conduct regular reviews and updates to keep content and relevant.
∎ Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
