Responsibilities & Context:
To manage the inventory of lab reagents, medical consumables and stationery products of the diagnostic center properly.
To ensure stock management of products following the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
To regularly monitor the expiration date of reagents and chemicals.
To collect quotations from suppliers, verify prices and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
To ensure cold chain management and correct temperature of sensitive laboratory products.
To keep daily stock in and stock out reports updated in the software or register.
Preparing monthly closing reports and playing an effective role in preventing waste.
Any other task assigned by the management.
