Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT/ICT.
BBA/MBA in Business Analytics
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and Basic understanding of typography, color & layout
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Mindset to work under pressure and integrity
Brand Management:
Social media, Website & Hospital premises (signage, brochures)
Maintain brand guidelines (logo, tone, messaging).
Marketing Communication:
Plan and execute: Digital campaigns (Facebook, Google ads) & Offline campaigns (billboards, print media)
Write or coordinate: Content (posts, captions, press releases) & Promotional materials.
Business & Data Analysis:
Analyze: Patient volume trends & Revenue by service (lab, imaging, departments)
Campaign performance (ROI, leads, conversions)
Prepare reports & dashboards for management.
Market Research:
Study competitors (other hospitals/diagnostic centers)
Identify: Pricing trends, Popular services & Market gaps
Internal Coordination & Work with:
Doctors (for service promotion insights)
Sales team (for campaign alignment)
IT/digital team (website & ads)
Design graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials
Develop creative concepts and layouts
Ensure consistency with brand identity
Any other task assigned by the management
