Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Direct Outreach: Conduct daily field visits to commercial areas (e.g., Elephant Road, Motijheel, Kawran Bazar) to identify and onboard new importers and business partners.
Client Acquisition: Promote our core China-to-Bangladesh air and sea shipping services through face-to-face meetings and service presentations.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with existing clients to ensure KR International remains their primary logistics partner.
Market Intelligence: Collect real-time feedback from the field regarding competitor pricing, market demand, and new shipping trends.
Lead Generation: Convert field inquiries into active shipping accounts by explaining our door-to-door solutions and competitive advantages.
Requirements
Mandatory Field Presence: Candidates must be comfortable with 100% field-based work and daily travel within Dhaka.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills in Bengali (English is a plus).
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the commercial landscapes of Dhaka, particularly the Elephant Road and New Market areas.
Sales Drive: A "closer" mindset with a proven ability to meet targets and handle client objections on the spot.
Professionalism: Ability to represent a high-end brand with an elegant and professional demeanor.
