Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door-to-Door Marketing, and Telemarketing.
∎ Always smile and have a positive attitude towards clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
∎ Respond to the clients' queries at the office and over the telephone and mobile.
∎ Coordinate with the collection and customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
∎ Addresses any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing.
∎ Ensures that guests are enjoying their stay at the resort and that large group needs are met.
∎ Processes payments and applies discounts by approval as necessary.
∎ Accelerate the action plan for identifying potential markets/clients and new sales opportunities.
∎ Develops promotional and advertising materials for the resort and oversees distribution of marketing materials.
∎ Designs and advertises special group rates and packages to increase larger bookings.
∎ Build networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage resort bookings.
∎ Maintain proper contact and communication with nearby industries to ensure picnic booking.
∎ You have the ability to work on sales independently.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve their target monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategic marketing plans.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation
∎ Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals and businessmen and look for prospective customers and also manage the accounts of high-profile clients.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
