Responsibilities & Context:
- Collection monitoring of designated client.
- Maintain statement of accounts.
- Collection entry in Tally software.
- Maintain proper liaison with Marketing team to meet the customer’s expectation.
- Massive visits to Major Clients for revenue collection & and resolving of other different issues.
- Collection monitoring of designated client.
- Maintain statement of accounts.
- Communicate with customers before the balances become overdue.
- As per Credit Control Policy, ensure proper monitoring on casual credit.
- Reminder mail to all customer for current & outstanding dues recovery.
- Find strategic ways to increase revenue collection from red clients.
- Answer queries and enquiries from customers.
- Prepare individual client-wise outstanding statement.
- Prepare collection summary.
- Preparing aging report.
- Reconciliation with core accounts.
