• Good human relations, a positive attitude, good planning, decision-making and communication skills, and knowledge of problem-solving techniques.

• Good command of written and spoken in English.

• Results oriented with a strong work initiative. ERP based working experience get preference.

• Audit dyeing production, planning, costing, dyes, and chemical consumption.

• Analyze dyeing and finishing production performance, NPT, and operational discrepancies.

• Audit dyeing addition, topping, RFT%, and EBQ% to minimize wastage.

• Audit reprocessing activities and identify root causes of process losses.

• Audit quality control, inspection, and compensation claims.

• Verify physical inventory of fabric, dyes, and chemical stores against system records.

• Audit material movement, delivery performance, inventory status, process losses, and excess material consumption.

• Review factory quality standards and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.

• Audit product quality, production processes, and physical laboratory operations.

• Analyze operational efficiency, identify errors, and recommend corrective actions.

• Identify dyeing and finishing defects and recommend improvements.

• Monitor fabric quality parameters, including colorfastness, GSM, diameter, shrinkage, spirality, and strength.

• Review AQL, four-point fabric inspection, shade, and fabric test reports.

• Develop audit parameters, checklists, and procedures to strengthen internal controls.

• Recommend measures to reduce reprocessing, addition, topping, and production costs while improving efficiency and quality.
