∎ Experience in Food Manufacturing Company will be added advantage.
∎ Specially expert in Microsoft office program i.e. MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be able to work independently with Bank/Chamber of Commerce/Other related govt/Private organization etc.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all import (Local & Foreign) related tasks.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of all kinds of Letter of Credit (L/C- Local ,Foreign)/Open Account transaction.
∎ Able to communicate with the Suppliers Freight forwarding agencies, Shipping Lines, Financial Organizations, Audit Farm and other related govt/private organizations .
∎ Must have knowledge of L/C rules and regulations, i.e. UCP-600, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines of Foreign Exchange Transactions, IPO etc.
∎ Ability to communicate both Verbally and written in English and Bangla with Suppliers/Bank/Custom and other related organizations.
∎ Supervising Landed cost of all import commodities and report to the management.
∎ Must be able to work independently with Bank/Chamber of Commerce/Other related govt/Private organization etc.
