  • Able to Compile Promotion Reports Digitally (e.g using Google Sheets, WhatsApp reporting, or internal tools).

  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.

  • Capable of developing promotion calendars, setting channel strategies (offline/online) and defining relevant KPIs.

  • Strong leadership skill, Target-driven and results-oriented.

  • Proficiency in office suite.



Responsibilities & Context:

A leading international convenience store chain, and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Executive / Sr. Executive, Marketing Promotion to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

To coordinate the design, production and distribution of promotional materials ensuring timely delivery, precise execution and impactful in-store visibility. This role supports the company’s marketing and merchandising strategies by aligning promotional efforts with brand standards, campaign objectives, and retail requirements to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Art Creative team to verify and finalize promotional designs through system-based simulations to ensure proper implementation.
  • Estimate the required quantity of promotional materials for each store and branch and submit for review and approval by relevant supervisors.
  • Create detailed and clear promotional program guidelines to serve as a reference for store-level transactions.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of all administrative processes related to promotional activities.
  • Maintain a systematic and traceable filing system for all completed PAR documents.
  • Execute promo settings and input data into system based on information provided by the Merchandising team.
  • Distribute official guidelines for national consumer promotional programs to all branch locations to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Forward finalized promotion data to relevant teams (Promotion Support and Promotion Admin) for timely promotional setup.
  • Prepare Promotion Approval Request (PAR) documents by attaching all required documents for promotional programs and materials
  • Oversee the printing and distribution of promotional materials (e.g., minitrack in-store visibility, shelftalkers) to ensure complete coverage across all branches and stores.
