Educational Requirements:
∎ Fresh Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the target of Credit Collection as per company policy.
∎ Evaluating the client’s financial information carefully.
∎ Calculating risks factors before processing credit sales.
∎ Collecting the required financial document and assessing the credit customer.
∎ Setting up payment plans for clients explaining monthly installment amounts, interest rates etc.
∎ Build up good business relationship with the prospective customers.
∎ Monitor Credit Customer on regular basis.
∎ Making plan to collect the credit periodically.
∎ To visit the Credit Customers on regular basis.
∎ Prepare Credit Customer list as well as credit statement and submit to the management.
∎ Reduce credit files by time frame.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to travel across the country frequently.
∎ Must have interested to work any where in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
Salary: Negotiable
