Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct daily calls, maintain Social media, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments.
Use social media, phone, and face-to-face meetings to provide counselling.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Excel report.
Provide one-on-one counselling to students on study opportunities in Arkangale medical university.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars to attract new students.
Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes in detail.
Submit applications to the universities and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
Guide students through visa applications, document preparation, and interview training.
Stay updated on immigration policies, visa rules, and university admission trends for key study destinations.
Meeting with prospective clients physically/Online in an official attires and manner.
Preparing private & government proposal/Tender document, PPT Presentation preparing and submit them in a timely manner.
Project basis working responsibilities
Any official job assign by the management on the basis of projects requirements.
