Job Context:
∎ Elham Lifestyle Limited looking for business development Executive/Sr. Executive who would be responsible for meeting sales goals, vendor onboarding, product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential suppliers. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of ecommerce business development, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a business development role in an ecommerce company is an advantage.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for `Beauty & Care` Category of Fashion Field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Business Head and cross functional department for designing a business model and formulating strategic plans for successful business operation.
∎ Prepare and present eCommerce opportunities and capabilities to customers with commercial partners
∎ Extensive experience implementing category strategy, preferably in eCommerce.
∎ Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the team members of a business as a whole.
∎ Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
∎ Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients & vendors.
∎ Build aligned Joint Business Plans with commercial partners as part of the cross-functional customer team.
∎ Build strategic partnership with key internal stakeholders to drive better customer experience.
∎ Drive competitive analysis and monitor best-in class innovations and industry trends.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
∎ Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
∎ Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
∎ Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
∎ Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
∎ Drive assortment and catalog optimization recommendations.
∎ Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
∎ Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
∎ Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
∎ Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
∎ Generating new leads by researching market data & behaviors. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new vendors and third parties.
∎ Provide industry and technology insights to drive eCommerce innovation of customer centric interactions.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

∎ Proven experience of online and offline lead conversion.
∎ Ability to perform data analysis & prepare necessary reports.
∎ Experience managing a high-performance target-based sales team.
∎ Ability to develop business strategy and analyze sales performance metrics.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills.
∎ Skills to develop new business plans.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ As per as company policy.
