Education:

  • Understand the Brand strategies to develop the proper campaign Idea.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Creating and maintaining media and client relationships. Coaching and subordinate involvement & able to develop branding budgets and set targets.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Great multitasked and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.

  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently. Must be able to think analytically and strategically.

  • Ability to travel for events and activations as needed.

  • Proper knowledge on different on line and off line media. Ability to work within the stipulated time frame. 



Responsibilities & Context:

The role is responsible for supporting brand development and managing internal and external communication activities to ensure consistent brand representation and effective stakeholder engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement brand strategies, including ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to enhance brand awareness.

Content & Communication: Coordinate content for press releases, articles, social media, and promotional materials in both English and Bangla.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications, product packaging, and marketing collateral align with the brand guidelines.

Relationship Management: Liaise with media outlets, advertising agencies, and internal teams to facilitate brand activities.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor brand performance metrics, conduct market research, and analyze consumer trends.
