Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years

Strong knowledge of billing systems and VAT documentation.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software (Tally or equivalent).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and time management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, review and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
Verify and process delivery challans, sales orders and VAT documents before billing.
Maintain daily billing records and ensure accuracy in transaction entries.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and Accounts departments for smooth order processing.
Manage documentation related to VAT, customer payments and delivery follow-ups.
Monitor inventory movement and support operational reporting.
Assist management in preparing daily, weekly and monthly billing & operational summaries.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and financial procedures.
