Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have to maintain Accounting Software.
∎ Should have to maintain the daily accounts and prepare the daily financial reports with in the day.
∎ Maintain (Voucher, Inventory, Cash budget, Cash book, Bank book etc.)
∎ Conduct monthly/Periodical balance sheet reconciliation.
∎ Confirm Tax, Vat and other regulatory compliance of the organization for all kind of transactions.
∎ Maintain Daily & Monthly Statement.
∎ Preparing daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet.
∎ Maintain petty cash fund for disbursements and keep proper records and keep department property ledger up to date.
∎ Updating the Accounts in software on a regular basis.
∎ Any others job related to finance and accounts as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on Accounting Software, MS Office, especially on MS Excel. Should have the mentality to work under pressure.
