Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively complete all necessary back-office support given by seniors.
∎ Maintain development to shipment with customer info database on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure daily samples, hangers, and presentations are delivered to clients.
∎ Execute and follow-up on time development and bulk shipment smoothly.
∎ Ensure day-to-day client requests and emails are attended religiously.
∎ Supporting senior team members with necessary root-level tasks and information.
∎ Proactively react to solve day-to-day customer grievances with necessary details.
∎ Actively participate in daily basis tasks with senior team members to learn responsibilities.
∎ Maintain necessary daily communication and rapport with clients.
