Right now we are looking for Executive/Senior Executive under the IT department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead IT operations including network, server and system administration with a focus on security, scalability and reliability.
Oversee deployment, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software across the organization.
Manage procurement of IT equipment (computers, printers, laptops, toner, etc.) and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Supervise website and application development, integrating features relevant to property listings, customer portals and CRM systems.
Ensure proper management of ERP systems including configuration, user support, troubleshooting and coordination with vendors for customization and upgrades.
Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems to ensure security across all offices and project sites.
Support Sales & Marketing teams with IT-enabled solutions such as digital campaigns, lead management and AI-powered customer insights.
Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery planning for project databases, sales data and land-related documentation.
Implement and monitor IT solutions for project tracking, land records management and document digitalization in alignment with real estate operations.
Introduce AI and automation tools for reporting, forecasting and workflow optimization across departments.
Oversee IT budgets, bill processing, requisitions and vendor payments in compliance with company policies.
Prepare IT-related reports, dashboards, presentations and documentation for management.
Mentor and guide junior IT staff to build a skilled and service-oriented team.
Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategy with the company’s real estate and land development objectives.
