• Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for RM/PM based on PMD/IMD forecasts, sales trends, and production schedules.
• Manage RM/PM inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure an uninterrupted supply.
• Collect, prepare, and oversee import, export, and regulatory documentation in compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Finance and Accounts to streamline supply chain operations.
• Follow up on finance collections, payments and shipment processes.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Develop new and alternative suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Prepare accurate reports, cost analyses, and official correspondence.
• Utilize ERP/procurement software knowledge for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
