Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out systematic examination of the methods and activities,
∎ Attend PP meeting and analyze the production plan,
∎ Prepare worker’s skill matrix and study to achieve the smooth production flow with minimum interruption,
∎ Time study, capacity study & follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures,
∎ Implement the 6S manufacturing process,
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/ Layout & calculate man-machine ratio,
∎ Maintain liaison with planning & IE for productivity improvement and input,
∎ Prepare production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis,
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statement and line capacity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, energetic and career oriented
∎ Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in use MS-Office
