• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy

• Advanced knowledge in MS Suite;

• Strong decision-making skill with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;

• Strong interpersonal skill to deal with internal & external stakeholders.

• Execute dispensing of raw materials, excipients and packaging materials as per BMR and production needs;

• Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, documentation and compliance in dispensing operations;

• Record material issuance, returns and adjustments in Oracle;

• Coordinate with Production, QA and SCM for smooth material flow and timely availability;

• Report material shortages, quality issues, stock discrepancies and deviations;

• Support warehouse audits, inspections and compliance activities;

• Maintain 5S, housekeeping and HSE standards;

• Ensure data integrity and proactively address unsafe conditions;

• Generate regular reports to analyze operational efficiency and identify lean process improvements.
