Advanced knowledge in MS Suite;
Strong decision-making skill with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
Strong interpersonal skill to deal with internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Context:
Execute dispensing of raw materials, excipients and packaging materials as per BMR and production needs;
Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, documentation and compliance in dispensing operations;
Record material issuance, returns and adjustments in Oracle;
Coordinate with Production, QA and SCM for smooth material flow and timely availability;
Report material shortages, quality issues, stock discrepancies and deviations;
Support warehouse audits, inspections and compliance activities;
Maintain 5S, housekeeping and HSE standards;
Ensure data integrity and proactively address unsafe conditions;
Generate regular reports to analyze operational efficiency and identify lean process improvements.
