Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Service & Travel Bookings: Handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and provide information about travel packages.
∎ Ticketing, Hotel Reservations & Visa Processing: Process airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa applications efficiently.
∎ Coordination with Airlines & Partners: Communicate with airlines and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.
∎ After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
∎ Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records and documentation.
