Key Responsibilities
To conduct Induction training for newly joined field force of all business units
To conduct refresher training for existing field force of all business units
To assist in house training & ensure all logistic support
To conduct written test, oral test to evaluate individual performance and provide feedback
To organize & conduct field visit, plant visit for induction trainees
To maintain relevant documents/records of all training-related activities
To conduct On-the-job training (OJT) throughout the country
To assist & conduct the recruitment & selection process of field force
